We are sorry if you have experienced some problems with our product and we would love you to tell us more about it. We value all your feedback and photos of the faulty products are helpful to us to improve our product offering.

In case of an issue with your order, please contact us within 4 weeks of receiving the product and depending on the issue, we will replace and send some additional products to you.

The guarantee does not cover general wear and tear or issues arising from abnormal use, e.g. cutting the labels or incorrect name spelling at the ordering time.

If you haven’t received your order on the expected date +8 in Hong Kong, please contact us to report the issue at : [email protected]. We will reprint and resend the product.
